Simply order on our website, and we’ll deliver to your hotel, accommodation or an alternative delivery (e.g., a ski rental store) point in the Swiss Alps.

STEP 1. BROWSE PREMIUM PRODUCTS, CHOOSE YOUR PERFECT OUTFIT

On Cirkel’s RENT page, browse through our ski jackets, pants, midlayers and gloves from 10x premium brands. Our assortment caters for men, women, and children - so we’ve got all ages covered for their snowy adventures. 

  • Add your rental dates

  • Select the perfect outfit

  • At checkout, tell us where you’re going by selecting in the drop down menus your hotel or alternative delivery point (e.g., ski rental store)

  • If your hotel or accommodation isn’t listed, simply add your hotel name and address in the additional information section

  • Confirm your payment details and your order is DONE!

STEP 2. RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AT YOUR DESTINATION

We always confirm your delivery with the hotel or delivery point, so they can keep it safe and ready for your arrival. Your order will be delivered to your hotel (or alt. delivery) before your first rental day - so that you can be confident you’re ready to go.  

Cirkel’s convenient delivery service enables you to travel to your destination as light as a feather, knowing your order is ready for adventure when you are.

STEP 3. LEAVE YOUR ORDER WHERE YOU PICKED IT UP

Our partners - be they hotels, chalet companies, or rental stores - take care of returning your order to Cirkel HQ. So all you need to do is leave your order where you picked it up from at the end of your last rental day.

  • If you ordered your delivery to your hotel, returning is as easy as leaving your Cirkel items at the hotel reception as you check out

  • If you ordered your delivery to a chalet company, the chalet staff will tell you where to leave your Cirkel order in the chalet

  • If you ordered delivery to a ski rental store, be sure to return your Cirkel items within the store’s opening hours
