HOW TO PLACE A LAST MINUTE ORDER

Because we operate across Switzerland, it’s not possible to order on our normal booking system (our rent page) less than 2-working days in advance.

However, we can help most people with last minute orders, read on for more details.


To inquire about next-day delivery across Switzerland (outside of Verbier)
Send the following information to us in the contact form below, or on WhatsApp:

  • Your location in Switzerland

  • Your rental period (your first and last day of rental)

We will assess express shipping options (e.g., overnight delivery), and confirm with you before helping to process your last minute rental order.


For next-day delivery in Verbier (delivery before 0900)
To order, send the following info before 1800 in the contact form below or on WhatsApp:

  • The clothing you require (including your size) 

  • Your rental period (your first and last day of rental)

  • Your delivery location (the hotel where you’re staying, or a ski rental store)

We will confirm your order as soon as possible and send a payment link which you can settle by credit card. We will deliver between 0815 & 0900 the following morning. Kindly note that the order must be paid in full prior to delivery.
